Yoga is a discipline involving breath control, postures and mindfulness. The benefits of yoga are extensive and may include: Improved flexibility, improved muscular strength and endurance, improved concentration, improved circulation, improved mindfulness as well as overall self awareness. Yoga has also proven to be a noteworthy discipline for stress reduction.
Greg began his journey in yoga in 1998, 14 years into his fitness career. Greg found himself seeking solutions to several ongoing sports injuries. After trying various forms of physical rehabilitation, it was his journey into hatha yoga that helped him break free of nearly all of the chronic injuries. It was this discovery that ultimately led him to achieve a certification to begin teaching yoga. Greg soon discovered he had a passion for teaching yoga through seeing first hand how yoga benefitted so many of his students. To date, Greg has taught over 3,000 yoga classes to nearly all age groups and fitness levels.
