What is Health?

After 30 plus years working in health and wellness I have come to the conclusion that true health cannot be achieved without Love of God, Love of others and Love of self. Additional driving elements of health arise from a deep sense of purpose, selfless service and self-care. Without this foundation, most efforts towards true wellbeing will ultimately fall short.
