Your Wellness Guy Podcast is designed to focus on the various factors that influence wellbeing, to include creating a wellness vision, designing a plan to make that vision a reality, while addressing methods to keep one’s vision moving forward. In addition, this program will address potential obstacles and offer ways for the listener to more successfully navigate life’s inevitable challenges.

Greg McCann began his journey toward wellbeing at an early age. He became fascinated with human wellbeing and went on to obtain a degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Community Health from Oklahoma State University in 1986. Greg has since worked for over three decades as a wellness advisor, health educator, personal trainer and yoga instructor.
Greg has worked with such notable organizations as: Northeastern State University, Saint Francis Health Zone, The Oklahoma State Department of Health, Tulsa Community College and as a Health Educator with the U.S. Peace Corps. In addition, during his career, Greg has launched several wellness ventures to include: Exercise Specialists of Tulsa Inc., Living Well Ministries Inc. and Tulsa Yoga Quest.
